A13 - Customs, 1950 - 1965, 2020
Scope and Contents
The Port That Built a City and State (PTBCS) collection is arranged using an alphabetic system used when Helen Bentley produced the show. Many of the films are clips and interviews shot on location. Others are commericals of the companies that supported the show, such as Arundel Corp. and the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. Few of the films are entire episodes.
The film is described according to the descriptions found in the additional archival materials that accompanied the donation. The "Unidentified Reels" sub-series are films that did not have a label that could be matched to established descriptions. These are described based on the content of the video.
